Why buy when you can borrow? Associated Students, Inc. is here to support your creativity, academics, and professional growth by giving you access to high-quality equipment. Borrowing equipment is simple! Just fill out the Equipment Loan Form, check out what you need, and return it when you’re done. While you’re responsible for taking care of the equipment during your loan period, ASI staff is here to support you and make sure you know how to use it properly.

All equipment includes the basic accessories needed to power and operate it. If you require additional items or specific accessories that aren’t listed on the form, please contact us in advance to confirm availability:

• 2 speakers and 1 microphone
• $40 flat fee (for non student organizations/clubs)

Please note: Equipment loan does not include setup, teardown, or music unless specifically requested. For additional support, email kdhrasst@csudh.edu.

Equipment loan requests submitted with less than one (1) weeks’ notice are not guaranteed and will be approved based on availability. We encourage all users to submit requests as early as possible to ensure access to the needed equipment.
